Used PakRat  to pack one music from HL2, and some overlays from Portal.

Comment & Description

Well... That map had to be located somewhere in Ravenholm, near C17, but then i thought it will be better if it's architecture could be a bit different than in Ravenholm, so i made two houses with gardens, part of outskirts of C17, blocked roads, and the coastal mountain too.

- NODRAW textures
- func_detail brushes
- func_illusionary brushes
- func_lod brushes (only more complex ones)
- some non-solid props
- some fade-by-distance props
- reduced sky size
- compiled on "Normal" for better optimisiation
- placed two horizontal hint/skip brushes
- lightmap optimisation & compensation

Features


The buildings have detailed roofs. One of the antennas makes electrical beams in few seconds. I placed some env_lightglow-s near the lights, or fire to increase the effect of the fog. Smooth road curves. Smoke sprites above the town, (func_smokevolume). Maybe something more that i probably forget :D

It has an background music.

You perhaps are questioning how could you use this map. Well, it's for gmod so you can't have some types of fun, like making rockets and fly around. However, it can be used for gmod movies, npc wars, or just to look at.
