== Sailor Moon IV ==

- Ported from UT2004 by Elis
- Completely Re-modeled by Natalya[AF]
- Sailor Moon series by Naoko Takeuchi

Note:
This is a server-side player model. It will not replace any default player models that you see in game. It is meant to be used with a program on the server such as Source Mod or Mani Admin Plugin which can change the model of a player, in example for use as an admin skin.

= Installation =

Take the Materials and Models folders from the Game Server folder and paste them into your server's cstrike directory. If you have a Fast Download Server then take the materials and models folders from the Fast DL Server folder and upload them to cstrike on the fast dl server's FTP.

Configuring the model for your server will depend on the plugin you are using to load the model, but no matter what plugin you use, you will need a files list, so here it is:

// Sailor Moon
models/player/natalya/sailor_moon/sailor_moon.mdl
models/player/natalya/sailor_moon/sailor_moon.phy
models/player/natalya/sailor_moon/sailor_moon.vvd

= Version History =

I'm writing this part in case someone cares... If you don't, then there's no reason to read it. :

Pre-CSS:
This model was originaly a Super Sailor Moon on Unreal Tournament 2004. I have no way of knowing who created it.

Version SM:
MoOnLiGht, a German map maker and Zombie Mod server administrator had Elis port the model from UT2004 to CS:S. Elis used a smoother on her because the UT2004 model was rather blocky, but this made her appear anorexic. MoOnLiGht accepted the model anyway.

Super Sailor Moon I:
I edited the model to make her look more like a human being, and to rig her properly. This version, though a vast improvement over Elis' port, was still not that great. The biggest change here were her legs and skirt which I completely re-made.

Super Sailor Moon II:
This model was actually good. With a new upper body and arms, she now held weapons a lot better. I also re-did her crystal shoulder armour things and her bow, making them transparent as they were supposed to be. I also did a lot of rigging work. This model was rated 10/10 unanimously on FPSB for a long time. However, her hands didn't actually hold any weapons and her fingers didn't move. I also started getting desires to build the other Sailor Soldiers so I figured I'd re-do her to be perfect, and then use her as a base model for the other sailor soldiers.

Sailor Moon III:
This was the first version to actually use her normal transformation, not the super one. It was just a beta, but it was released and tested publicly so I call it version III. This model featured new arms, hands which gripped objects she was holding, and a slightly modified face. The changes between SSMII and SMIII took months to accomplish and involved me deleting her old skeleton entirely then rigging her to a valve CS:S player skeleton. Her shoulders were by far the hardest thing to create.

Sailor Moon IV:
This is where we are now. She is 100% complete and way better than any previous versions. She is normalmapped, had a number of rigging errors fixed, and has had her face changed a little bit from the older models. I also gave her accurate hitboxes. Previously, because she's a female model using a male skeleton, if you shot at her from the side, there was about a 50% chance you'd actually hit her, unless you aimed at the air in front of her. This was not optimal. Her hitboxes now fit very well. I'm going to use her to make the other Sailor Warriors, probably starting with Sailor Venus. Maybe one day there will be a CS:S Sailor Moon mod.

That's all!!
